ETL Training is East Anglia’s premier training centre for approved Lantra Awards, Apprenticeships, City and Guilds and HESA courses. We provide Electrical skills training and courses for the Highways Industry. Our premises are situated on the beautiful Norfolk Broads where our well equipped training rooms have everything required to provide a 1st class training experience. We also have training rooms near Gatwick airport and our trainers can also travel to you for large groups of 12 or more.
Lantra
We are a Nationally Approved Provider for the delivery of the NVQ at Level 2 and 3 in Highway Electrical Systems, for the Public Lighting sector.
Lantra’s Highway Electrical National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are the only qualifications that satisfy the requirements for competency as stipulated in the National Highway Sector Scheme (NHSS) 8 Quality Management document.
Highway Electrical Apprenticeship
Electrical Testing are the only registered provider for the government backed Highway Electrical Apprenticeship at Level 2 & 3, which offers dedicated individuals a more streamlined route into a highway electrical career.
Cohorts of students receive 4 weeks of training per year at our dedicated training centre, whilst also gaining valuable knowledge and experience through on the job learning with their employer.
City and Guilds
For over 140 years City & Guilds have worked with people, organisations and economies to help them identify and develop the skills they need to thrive.
We are an approved provider for a series of electrical qualifications, including 2382-22 (Requirements for Electrical Installations), 2391-52 (Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations) and 2921-31 (Design and Installation of Domestic and Small Commercial Electric Vehicle Charging Installations).
Additionally, to support our apprenticeship delivery we also deliver Functional Skills for English & Maths up to Level 2.
HESA Courses
We are a Highway Electrical Skills Academy (HESA). The Highway Electrical Training Specification provides the required level of underpinning knowledge training standards for the Highway Electrical Registration Scheme and is a mandatory requirement of Sector Scheme 8 and the Highway Electrical Registration Scheme (HERS).
