We are proud to announce that we have gained our UKAS Inspection Body Accreditation for Road Signs and Lighting Columns in Inspection.
After a nine month process, Electrical Testing have been awarded the globally recognised UKAS accreditation: ISO/IEC 17020:2012. This is a sought after accreditation by central and local government departments – as well as public and private sector companies – as part of their tender process. Given the high risks associated with electrical work at this level, our ability to demonstrate due diligence is essential when it comes to appointing correctly accredited companies to undertake electrical work to ensure best practice, competence in tasks taken on and confidence in workmanship.
Having official UKAS accreditation further validates the quality of the services that Electrical Testing provide. It positions us as the only highways services provider in the country with this UKAS certification, and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to technical competence in performing various types of inspection, surveys and risk assessments.
